PROJECT DIRECTOR

Position: Project Director

Purpose: To supervise, direct and coordinate daily programmatic and administrative activity of assigned.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Oversees the Directs the day-to-day activities of the program and staff

  2. Monitor and evaluate program staff performance including the development and documentation of performance objectives.

  3. Perform, as appropriate, discipline or other actions needed to assist program staff in the adequate performance of duties.

  4. Periodically or as warranted, review permanent record files to assure appropriateness of services, proper documentation, and completion of planned activities.

  5. Review established database of electronic records to assure data entry accuracy.

  6. Preparation and submission of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, per contractual agreements, to Executive Director or as otherwise requested.

  7. Other duties as may time to time be required to fulfill programmatic objectives.

  8. Compile, prepare and submit reports to Executive Director, depicting administrative functions, for all programs, including but not limited to:

i. Transportation Disbursement

ii. Requests and Expenditures of Supportive Service Funds

iii. Program Activity Reports (referral and participation reports)

iv. Performance Outcomes

v. Contractual Obligations


Qualifications: B.A. degree required. Background in reporting, budget management and project coordination functions a plus. Possess the ability to work independently and conduct group settings. Must possess excellent writing and communication skills. Must have computer aptitude including but not limited to Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel.

PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST


Position: Peer Support Specialist

Purpose: Support Participates in recovery support activities and models effective group participation and recovery-oriented perspective for clients with substance use disorder.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Engage clients in treatment through motivational interviewing and motivational enhancement techniques

  2. Work with clients to develop a Recovery Plan that addresses their comprehensive needs

  3. Implements Contingency Management in accordance with project protocols

  4. Use client-centered and self-directed approaches to recovery planning

  5. Meet with clients at least once a week to ensure implementation of the Recovery Plan

  6. Assist clients in accessing other services, both on and off site, to meet their additional needs

  7. Link clients to recovery support services delivered in a manner consist with ROSC

  8. Collaborate with clients to engage family members in recovery planning

  9. Monitor client progress

  10. Manage, track, and update individual recovery portfolios

  11. Ensure sustained recovery post-treatment for at least one year

  12. Have strong documentation skills

Qualifications: High school education or equivalent; knowledge in substance abuse or related field. Good verbal and communication skills. Proficiency in reading and writing. Word processing and data entry skills welcomed. Excellent organizational skills required.




CLERICAL SUPPORT


Position: Clerical Support

Purpose: Provide support on paperwork, payroll, and expenses reports which is not included in the indirect cost pool.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Support or assist co-workers with a wide range of tasks.

  2. Assist in typing documents, filing, answering phones, managing mailings, data entry, photocopying, faxing and sorting and delivering incoming mail.

  3. Responsible for maintaining and ordering supplies, and handling other tasks as assigned, such as ordering food for meetings.

  4. Support finance department may include bookkeeping tasks, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting with payroll, or sorting and verifying expense reports.

Qualifications: High school education or equivalent. Good verbal and communication skills. Proficiency in reading and writing. Word processing and data entry skills required. Must have computer aptitude including but not limited to Microsoft office applications such as Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills required.




REPORTING SPECIALIST

Position: Reporting Specialist

Purpose: The Reporting Specialist ensures data quality and composes programmatic reports as required by the director, leadership and various funding obligations.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  1. Coordinates data entry and electronic record maintenance or customer participation in designated database(s).

  2. Evaluates electronic records of program components in designated database(s).

  3. Manages the database; monitors data entry and troubleshoots problems as reported by staff.

  4. Ensures customer data is entered in the database in a timely and accurate manner.

  5. Ensures program outcome information is entered in the database in a timely and accurate manner.

  6. Ensures data information and special report requests are completed as requested.

  7. Prepares and submits weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

  8. Prepares, arranges and coordinates information, data and materials and records as required by program audits.

  9. Performs other duties as required to fulfill programmatic objectives.

Qualifications: High school education required; minimum of two years of work or volunteer experience in administrative and/or data management positions which required the ability to work both as a team member and independently. Word processing and data entry skills or background a must. Excellent organizational skills required. Specialized training in data management preferred.
